Reading and learning nursery rhymes is an essential part of learning to read. Children that can recite nursery rhymes read better than children who don't. So please go over Mother Goose's Nursery Rhymes with your children. Ont only are they fun and unique, but they can lead to fabulous readers!

RSG Movie of the Week: The Chronicles of Narnia
Check out Walt Disney Pictures live action adaptation of C.S. Lewis classic book "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe"
Although the film may be a little too scary at times for younsters, it is nonetheless spectacular in every other way.
This Christian-themed movie is also a great recommendation during Easter.

After many long months of winter, the sun is shining again and we are ready for it.
April 6-10, 2009 we will be celebrating Spring. We will learn about what Spring means, the signs of Spring, Spring babies, baskets and bunnies and many other things.
